NCCOC CONVENTION DETAILS Attached is the schedule for our convention this weekend. Please review the details and call me if you have questions. When and where is check in? For those arriving Friday, check in is at the Cherry Point Inn, 3 to 5 pm.  A table will be set up in the lobby. For those scheduled just for the banquet on Saturday, a table will be set up at Millers Landing at 5 pm in the lobby of the Miller Conference Center. What will be included in the check in information? A schedule for the weekend, name tags, information about what to do and see for the free time and sign up for the Saturday Base Tour. What are the dress guidelines for the weekend? The Saturday evening banquet is coat and tie for the gentlemen and appropriate similar attire for the ladies.   The rest of the weekend is casual. Is the Saturday morning meeting for everyone? The meeting is open to all, spouses, too.  All are encouraged to attend.  The information discussed in the first hour will be MOAA Council and Chapter information and the last part of the meeting will be options for the afternoon free time.
